5. Orders, Cancellations, and Modifications
All orders placed constitute an offer to purchase.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or issuance of a Proforma Invoice (PI).
Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled unless agreed in writing.
Any modifications requested after confirmation may attract processing or administrative charges.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, regulatory restrictions, or suspected fraud.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Letter of Credit (LC), PayPal, or authorized payment gateways.
Export orders typically require 100% advance or 50% advance and balance before shipment.
All bank fees, conversion charges, and remittance costs are borne by the buyer.
Orders are dispatched only upon confirmation of cleared funds.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Domestic Deliveries
Domestic orders are shipped through reputed logistics partners.
Delivery timelines depend on stock availability and destination.
Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp.
7.2 Export Deliveries
Export shipments are handled via recognized Indian ports (Chennai, Tuticorin, Vizag, or Mundra).
Delivery terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) will be clearly mentioned in the invoice or sales contract.
Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the shipping line.
Insurance coverage applies only under CIF contracts.
7.3 Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Port congestion, vessel scheduling, customs clearance,
Strikes, natural calamities, or acts of God.
All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of food and agricultural products, returns are generally not accepted once goods are shipped.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
Proven quality defects or non-conformity to agreed specifications.
Goods damaged in transit, verified with photographic or inspection proof.
Order cancelled before dispatch, if permitted by the Company.
Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days of approval and credited through the original payment method, after deducting handling and bank charges.
Export orders are non-refundable once cargo has been loaded or cleared for export.
9. Quality Assurance and Inspection
Our rice is processed and packed under strict hygiene and quality control standards.
Buyers may appoint third-party inspection agencies (e.g., SGS, Cotecna) before shipment.
Once the goods are loaded and Bill of Lading issued, no further claims will be accepted unless otherwise agreed.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information responsibly.
Data collected (name, contact info, shipping details, payment info) is used solely to process your orders and improve our services.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties.
Data may be shared with payment processors, shipping partners, or customs authorities strictly for operational purposes.
Our data practices comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) and GDPR standards for international users.
